It’s back to school time already and for us in Woodstock that means BACK TO DANCE! We are so excited to get back into dance with all of our young and young-at-heart dancers this September. As we prepare to get back into routine we have put together a list of some of our favourite back to dance snacks for you.

Dance snacks can be difficult to manage. From making sure they get from the house into dance without being eaten before hand and of course making sure you grab them out of the fridge in the morning. It can be hard life for those dance snacks. Nevertheless, we have put together a list of some easy to put together and grab-and-go dance snacks for you this season.

Protein Balls

These are Miss Lainy’s absolute favourite and are super easy to prep-up Sunday night. Actually they are so easy to make your little ones will probably love helping make them up with you! Smoothies

Another go-to for our busy dance teaching staff – smoothies are a great way to make sure you are getting all of those important fruits and veggies in and are super easy to drink in the car without a big mess! Fruits/Veggies and Dip

Whatever combination you use this snacking will never go out of style. It’s always important to be aware of how much extra sugar, salt, etc is in your dips – if in doubt, make it yourself. Dip is always yummier when made from scratch!

  • Veggies and Ranch
  • Veggies and Guacomole
