Footprints Dance Centre is proud to offer our Jazz and Tap Exam Program through the Adapt syllabus. The ADAPT (Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers) Syllabus offers more than 30 years experience of progressing quality dance education to all levels of dancers. The ADAPT Syllabus is now taught in more than 175 dance schools from coast to coast. ADAPT Examinations progress students through a goal-setting syllabus of strong technical dancing alongside artistic expression.
Our exam program is open to any dancer over the age of 6 who is hoping to gain better technical skill as well as confidence through an atmosphere of growth and progression. Participating in exam programs can: provide students an attainable goal to work towards, increase technical ability, offer experience working with a committed team, and help to develop pride and confidence for public speaking, presentations, and even job interviews!
