Footprints Dance Centre is proud to offer our Ballet Exam Program through International Dance Acclaim’s syllabus. IDA is a developmental program for dance studios that applies the principle of artistic and technical progress through performance. The program compliments all teaching methods, and accelerates students’ training through a series of choreographed exercises and dances specifically designed to improve technique, enhance performance quality, and increase stamina in addition to providing performance opportunities.
Our exam program is open to any dancer over the age of 6 who is hoping to gain better technical skill as well as confidence through an atmosphere of growth and progression. Participating in exam programs can: provide students an attainable goal to work towards, increase technical ability, offer experience working with a committed team, and help to develop pride and confidence for public speaking, presentations, and even job interviews!
